A non-refundable reservation/enrollment fee of $200 is due immediately after a letter of acceptance has been received. The money is credited to the applicant’s tuition account.

Payment Schedule Options

  • Fees paid in full by September 1st of each academic year (cheque)
  • Fees paid in two (2) equal payments, the first half by September 1st and the second half by January 15th of the same academic year (cheque only)
  • Fees paid in ten (10) equal payments, starting September 1st to June 1st of the same academic year.  Please note that a 1% service charge will apply.

A charge of two percent (2%) per month (24% per annum) is levied on all outstanding accounts. 

Should an alternate payment schedule be necessary, parents may contact the Finance Office to make written arrangements. A charge of two percent (2%) per month (24% per annum) is levied on accounts wherein the payments are not received by the pre-arranged due dates. An additional charge is levied to cover administrative costs on returned cheques.
