Information and Communications Technologies
Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) is an instructional strategy for QAA teachers to guide and instruct students to retrieve, process, create, communicate, and evaluate electronic information.
At QAA ICT is used to develop, promote, support, and/or explore:
- student success
- technological competence and responsibility
- problem solving and critical thinking skills
- literacy
- opportunities to communicate with peers and identified experts for curriculum related activities
- linguistic and cultural heritage
- career choices
- global awareness
